1、 Regulations on management of new electromechanical equipment

2、 Regulations on the use of electromechanical equipment

3. The user shall work in strict accordance with the operating procedures, carefully abide by the shift handover regulations, and accurately fill in the specified operation records.

4. The maintenance department shall assign personnel and heads of all departments to regularly check the condition of electromechanical equipment and include it in the work assessment of employees.

3、 Regulations on the management of transfer and scrapping of electromechanical equipment

1. The mechanical and electrical equipment is old and does not meet the needs of work or has no reuse value. Before the user department applies for damage reporting and scrapping, the engineering department shall carry out technical appraisal and consultation.

2. The engineering department shall assign special personnel to identify and evaluate the service life, damage, impact on work, residual value, value and supply of new electromechanical equipment, and fill in the opinion and submit it to the user department.

3. The user department shall submit the "scrapping and loss reporting application form" together with the opinion, and approve it according to the procedure.

4. After the application is approved, it shall be delivered to the procurement department for handling. After the new mechanical and electrical equipment is in place, the old mechanical and electrical equipment shall be reported for damage and scrapped. 4、 Analysis and handling methods of mechanical and electrical equipment accidents

5、 Provisions on repair and maintenance of electromechanical equipment

1. The mechanical and electrical equipment supervisor of the engineering department shall prepare the semi annual plan for the inspection and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, fill in the "semi annual mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance schedule", and submit it to the Department Manager for review and approval.

2. The manager of the engineering department shall review the plan, submit it to the general manager, and approve the implementation of the half year electromechanical equipment maintenance plan of the engineering department.

3. The mechanical and electrical equipment management personnel shall prepare the "monthly mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance schedule" and fill in the "maintenance application form" item by item according to the contents of the monthly schedule. When power failure, water and gas are required for a certain part during maintenance, they shall also fill in the "shutdown notice".

4. The "monthly electromechanical equipment maintenance schedule", "maintenance application form" and "stop notice" filled in by the person on duty shall be reported to the Department Manager. After communicating with the general manager and all departments, the manager of the engineering department shall sign comments and issue them for implementation.

5. According to the approved monthly maintenance plan, the personnel on duty sign and issue the "electromechanical equipment level maintenance task list", fill in the "content and requirements" column in the task list, and arrange specific personnel to implement it.

6. Register the dispatch items and time in the "maintenance record book".

6、 Regulations on daily maintenance management of electromechanical equipment

1. If the mechanical and electrical equipment of the electrical user department of the company fails, it is necessary to fill in the "maintenance notice", which shall be signed by the department head and submitted to the engineering department.

2. After receiving the notice, the director of the maintenance department or the person on duty shall immediately register the order receiving time in the "daily maintenance work record book", timely arrange relevant personnel to deal with the accident according to the priority of the accident, and register the dispatch time in the record book.

3. After the maintenance work is completed, the major repairer shall fill in the relevant contents in the "maintenance notice", which shall be accepted and signed by the person in charge of the user department, and return the notice to the maintenance department.

4. The maintenance department shall register the completion time of maintenance in the record book, timely register the maintenance contents in the electromechanical equipment card, review the quantity of materials recorded in the maintenance, calculate the amount of materials, and fill in the form.

5. Paste the processed "maintenance notice" on the title page of the register in turn.

6. For emergency mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance, the supervisor of the user department shall notify the engineering department by telephone, and the personnel on duty shall send personnel to repair first. At the same time, the user department shall fill in the "maintenance notice", and the personnel on duty shall fill in various records. Other procedures are the same.

7. If the maintenance department cannot repair within two days after receiving the order, the on duty supervisor shall be responsible for indicating the reasons in the register, and special measures shall be taken to repair as soon as possible.

7、 Regulations on dynamic management of electromechanical equipment operation

1. 2. Establish and improve systematic inspection measures for electromechanical equipment. 8、 Information transmission and feedback

1. When the operators of production posts find that the electromechanical equipment can not continue to operate and need to be urgently handled during patrol inspection, they shall immediately notify the dispatcher on duty and the person in charge on duty shall organize to deal with it. For general hidden dangers or defects, log in the checklist after inspection and deliver them to full-time patrol inspectors on time.

2. The spot inspection of electromechanical equipment carried out by full-time maintenance personnel shall be recorded. In addition to arranging this group for processing, the information shall be transmitted to full-time patrol inspectors for unified summary.

3. In addition to completing the contracted inspection point tasks, the full-time inspection workers are also responsible for summarizing and sorting the inspection results of all aspects on a daily basis, listing the key problems of the day and reporting them to relevant departments.

4. The relevant departments shall list the main problems and input them into the computer in time in addition to the registration account, so as to facilitate the comprehensive management of the relevant departments of the superior company.

9、 Application of dynamic data

1. For the defects and hidden dangers of electromechanical equipment found in the inspection, the inspector puts forward the items that should be arranged for maintenance, which should be included in the maintenance plan.

2. If the defects of electromechanical equipment found in the patrol inspection must be handled immediately, the production commander on duty shall immediately organize the handling; If the shift is unable to deal with it, the leaders of multiple operation departments shall determine the solution.

3. For major defects of important electromechanical equipment, the main leaders of each operation department shall organize research and determine the control scheme and treatment scheme.

10、 Project approval and handling of weak links of electromechanical equipment

1. Failure and shutdown often occur during operation, and the invalid parts are handled repeatedly.

2. Electromechanical equipment and parts that affect product quality and output during operation.

3. Parts (or electromechanical equipment) that cannot meet the requirements of minor maintenance cycle and often need unscheduled maintenance.

4. Parts or electromechanical equipment with potential unsafe hazards (personal and electromechanical equipment safety) that cannot be solved by daily maintenance and simple repair.

11、 Management measures for weak links

1. The mobility Department of each branch company shall list the weak links of electromechanical equipment according to the dynamic data, organize the review on time, determine the current projects to be solved and put forward improvement plans.

2. Each operation department shall organize relevant personnel to review the improvement scheme and include it in the maintenance plan after approval.

3. After the improvement of weak links of mechanical and electrical equipment is implemented, the effect shall be investigated and evaluation opinions shall be made, which shall be stored in the archives of mechanical and electrical equipment after being reviewed by relevant leaders.

12、 Troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment

1. In case of mechanical and electrical equipment failure, the post operation and maintenance personnel shall eliminate it immediately and record it in detail in the shift record.

2. Mechanical and electrical equipment faults that cannot be eliminated by post operators shall be recorded in detail and reported level by level. At the same time, careful operation and observation shall be strengthened.

3. For mechanical and electrical equipment failures that cannot be eliminated in time, we must study and decide how to deal with them at the daily production scheduling meeting.

4. Before arranging to deal with each fault, corresponding measures must be taken, and a specially assigned person must be responsible to prevent the fault from expanding the impact.
