Of course, selection and screening is the most fundamental and important.

1. The maintenance of motors and equipment is the same as seeing a doctor. If a person is born a sick man, it is difficult for a good doctor to solve the problem; If a person is born with good physical quality and occasionally has a cold, any barefoot doctor can solve the problem. Why do many enterprises dare not buy domestically produced equipment? Although the price is very cheap, they would rather pay several times the cost to buy Mechanical and electrical equipment made by Germany, because the level of German manufacturing is generally high, and the products may not have problems for decades. Although domestic equipment is cheap and often has problems, the wages of several high-level masters are not low, and if there is a problem, if the order is delayed, the contract will be fined.

2. One of the fundamental reasons why Taiwanese do a better job in OEM is that Taiwanese like to lower the cost of equipment. Generally, they buy high-end equipment in Europe, America and Japan and like large-scale automation systems. On the contrary, they don't have high requirements for the level of maintenance personnel. Of course, the salary investment of mechanics and electricians is relatively low. However, because the mechanical and electrical equipment is stable and reliable, it can produce more exquisite products, and customers will not come to trouble because of the frequent problems of the equipment.

3. In the past, for the flow production line in the factory, the leaders required to patrol and record the parameters such as motor, temperature, pressure and flow every day. They expected to diagnose which equipment might have problems according to these data. These works are cumbersome in price comparison, and after formalization, most people are too lazy to analyze what problems it has. The actual effect is not so great, but the general daily maintenance is almost to look at the data of the equipment, listen to the sound and look at the temperature. For example, if the motor current is a little high, is it caused by the temperature not rising in place, or by changing a material, or the equipment itself has no lubricating oil, and then change some lubricating oil or filter materials to clean up the dust. It's really a macro assumption. The role is not too obvious.

4. Sometimes, you think that some circuit boards have dust and are removed for cleaning. On the contrary, due to improper operation or some electrostatic problems, the equipment without damage may be broken. You have seen a lot of such things. Therefore, if the equipment is not broken, the current electricians generally do not dare to disassemble and deal with small problems easily. From this point of view, maintenance has actually become maintenance, maintenance has become a process and form, and can not really solve the problem.

5. Of course, some line ends are hot, even the fire is adjusted, and the carbon brushes of some DC motors are worn. These can be seen in the maintenance. It will be beneficial to solve them in time. But now the DC motor is also used less, the asynchronous motor is rarely broken, and the servo motor can't handle the problem for a while and a half. Therefore, in the maintenance of the equipment, we should strengthen the sensor design, more data acquisition, and no manual meter reading. Now there are industrial computers, touch screens and recorders, plus artificial intelligence data analysis, Introducing intelligent manufacturing into equipment design, many micro diagnosis and analysis work can be completed by the equipment itself, or the equipment manufacturer can judge the problem through remote data diagnosis, so that each equipment will need fewer and fewer maintenance personnel.

6. Due to the severe fragmentation of industrial equipment, there will be differences in each motor and control equipment. Now we have gone through the network and bus. It is difficult to find a repairman who can repair all equipment. The equipment is more and more advanced. Now the maintenance of many factories are outsourced. I believe this trend will become more and more serious, In the future, only equipment manufacturers can diagnose and repair. The usual maintenance depends on the Internet of things, big data and artificial intelligence. Customers only need to pay for better equipment, and some after-sales services are handed over to equipment manufacturers.
