Motor integrated protector is a device used by many enterprises or factories for motor protection. The use of motor protector greatly reduces the occurrence of motor faults and extends the service life of motor. Protection function: in addition to the general protection function, there are also self-starting, communication starting and closing, and the functions of undercurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, three-phase current imbalance, self-starting and so on are optional for users.
Setting function: intelligent type has setting key, data key and shift key. When the setting is out of range, the user will be reminded to reset to avoid misoperation. The basic type is set by dialing code or potentiometer.
Alarm function: when the motor overcurrent lamp flashes, the larger the overcurrent multiple, the faster the flashing, or the external alarm of the protector contact is used to display the function: after the protector is powered on, press the setting key to display the whole current value, and press the data key to display the three-phase current value. After starting, the fault code is displayed and the corresponding fault indicator light is on, which is clear at a glance.
Communication function: realize information transmission through serial digital interface. One upper computer (PC) can be connected with 256 protectors, and can set parameters for each motor, start and stop operation, which is convenient for automatic management.
